Jeff is a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Trainer, giving him access to one of the most respected leadership development frameworks in the world. The John Maxwell leadership philosophy — including principles such as Leadership is Influence and the 5 Levels of Leadership — plays a foundational role in the Trailblazer Leadership Academy training model.
